SUPER BROWN 350/60 SA Semi-automatic Circular Saw

The IBP PEDRAZZOLI SUPER BROWN 350/60 SA Semi-automatic Circular Saw with rapid clamping and removable anti-burr jaw features a continuous speed variator for cutting all metals.

MAINS FEATURES

All main machine components are in cast iron. Very robust structure: it reduces resonance and vibrations during cutting cycle.

1. Worm drive gearbox with clutch. It prevents the blade breaking if blade jams in piece during cutting cycle.
2. Blade speed variator. Allows to select the best blade rotation speed (15÷90 RPM) according to the material to be cut (e.g. Stainless steel 20 / steel 40 / tube 70 / alloys 90).
3. Blade rotation reverser. For thin walled tubes the best solution is clockwise blade rotation. For medium/thick walls or bar cutting reverse blade rotation for best results.
4. Electric lubrication pump. Supplies continuous and constant lubrication.
5. Large piece support table rotating together with head. It prevents cutting into vice base even when making angled cuts. Furthermore, thanks to this element, even the cut part is supported up to the end of cut.
6. 45° right and 45-60° left cuts. Large cutting range for right and left angled cuts.
7. Tilting head on adjustable self-lubricating bearings. This prevents blade seizing and allows adjustment of cutting perpendicularity in time.
8. Vice with adjustable gib plate: it can be positioned lengthwise along the entire machine base. Usually the vice is located at the left of cutting position: for particular cutting requirements it can be moved to the right. The adjustable gib plate allows to reduce any play which may appear on vice carriage movement.
9. Anti-burr assembly. Mechanical device sliding together with vice carriage: it grips even the cut part to stop it moving before the end of cut with consequent burr formation.
10. Blade cleaning roller(option). Essential when cutting bars and thick walled tubes: it removes chips from blade teeth, allowing speed increase and regular advance.
11. Control panel located in an easily accessibile position.
12. FR assembly (Filter – Regulator)
    Filter: prevents condensation reaching system valves and so damage to circuits.
    Adjustment: for adjustment of system pressure.
