The twin head tube bender IBP PEDRAZZOLI BEND MASTER 38 features the in-house developed IMS control, 10th generation Intel i7 processor, touch screen and software version that allow the inclusion of all options and customizations requested by the customer. The automatic loading and unloading systems make it a real autonomous workstation and the immediate configuration of the input/output cards offers the possibility of interlocking the tube bender to dedicated work islands, with connection to operating units or robots.
The simplicity of use, the rapid change of equipment and the automatic adjustment guarantee the precision and repeatability of the components made. The IBP PEDRAZZOLI BEND MASTER 38 2T tube bender also allows you to obtain reduced cycle times both in series production and in production programs where there are also numerous small batches.
