The electric tube bender IBP PEDRAZZOLI BEND MASTER 25 features the in-house developed IMS control, 10th generation Intel i7 processor, touch screen and software version that allows the inclusion of all options and customizations requested by the customer. The automatic loading and unloading systems make it a real autonomous workstation and the immediate configuration of the input/output cards offers the possibility of interlocking the tube bender to dedicated work islands, with connection to operating units or robots.
Simplicity of use, rapid tool change and automatic tool adjustment guarantee precision and repeatability of produced components. The IBP PEDRAZZOLI BEND MASTER 25 tube bender also allows for reduced cycle times both in series production and in production programs of several small batches.
