Hi! I’m Stefano from Italy. Thanks for watching our Pedrazzoli video tutorials. In these videos we show you how to use the PC monitor.
This (fig. 1) is the power button, to turn on and off the machine; this key (fig. 2), by keeping in this direction, will buypass the securities of the machine; to reset errors (fig. 3); to move the axes in positive or negative direction (fig. 4); to increase or decrease the speed (fig. 5);
to start the automatic cycle (fig. 6); to stop the automatic cycle (fig. 7); to work in automatic or in manual (fig. 8);this is the emercency stop (fig. 9); a usb port (fig. 10);
this (fig. 11) is ax 1, carriage movement; ax 2 (fig. 12), bend angle (you can increase or decrease the speed); this (fig. 13) is ax 3, the carriage rotation; ax 4 (fig. 14), clamp open, clamp close;
this (fig. 15) is ax 5, the pressure die horizontal movement; this (fig. 16) is ax 6, the pressure die linear movement; this (fig. 17) is ax 8, that I show you before, to move the bend-head horizontally;
this (fig. 18) is ax 7, to move the head up and down; ax 9 (fig. 19) is the mandrel forward; ax 10 (fig. 20) is the collet open or close movement; ax 11 (fig. 21) is the former return movement; by pressing this button (fig. 22), if you launch the automatic cycle, the machine performs a step by step cycle, so after each movement you have to press the foot pedal;
this (fig. 23 and 24) is the page where you can see all the machine imputs and outputs; this (fig. 25 and 26) is the production report of the machine, where you can program the parts, see how many parts have been executed, see the name of the program and all the machine timing. With this button (fig. 27) you can move manually an axis to a desired position: for example, you select bend arm, 90° and press start.
